Hattie went to her first dance tonight. It was a Sadie Hawkins Dance and she asked her friend Seth.
I had to drive to the school the day before the dance to demand she go get his mom's phone number from him. It was already panicking me that they had picked red plaid as the matching item and since they did not communicate to the parents anything about the plaid, they weren't actually going to match.
They really didn't care though. They looked so cute when we picked up Seth.
They didn't really want to stand too close to each other for any pictures.
Eric always tells the girls to leave room for Jesus when they are around a boy. I think Hattie thinks Jesus was a 600lb man. I had to tell her to scoot closer many times.
We took them for froyo before the dance.
I can't wait to go pick them up in a little while.
